Conrad Burns: Still First at Being Last

It takes a special candidate to take a look at poll numbers that have them at a net negative 10 approval rating in their state and say, hey, I can do better. The latest Survey USA polling has Burns at a net negative 14, worst in the nation.

Given that only three Senators in the country have net negatives, does anyone really believe that this is the candidate the Republicans wish was running in this race?

Conrad Burns, getting it done.

Never underestimate the power of incumbency and the good will that money can buy with the voters. The Montana senate race is not a slam dunk for the Democrats (although you have to like their chances!)….
