Perhaps I missed this reference before, but I saw a new group to blame for all of misfortune that has come Conrad Burns’ way: the "Eastern liberal press." An associated press article has been passed around, I read it the hip Jackson Hole Star Tribune, Connie says the "Eastern liberal press" is to blame for his troubles. I am not sure what that refers to, but I think it’s a preview of the issues-driven campaign we can expect from Burns in the fall.
