This morning, on Faux and Friends, he said, referring to the recent Supreme Court decision and subsequent Bush administration announcement that we would start following the Geneva convention:
This is the question about this Geneva Convention Article 3. Are we going to be following U.S. law. Or are we going to be following international or Geneva law?
