The AP is reporting that Senator Hillary Clinton is calling for Donald Rumsfeld’s resignation. I’m not exactly a fan of the Senator, but I’m heartened to see that ‘moderate’ Democrats are pushing back. I think Clinton did an excellent job the last time Rumsfeld came to lie to the Senate, and her call today is appropriate, given Rumsfeld’s repeated lies and strategic failures.
Of course, resignation can never pay for the irreparable harm Rumsfeld has done to the lives of soliders, our international reputation, or the people of Iraq. It’s a start, though.

Well I just think Hillary is right about this – the war was a good idea, we had every right to attack Iraq, and everything would be cool if these guys would just manage it a little better. Wait a minute ….
How long have you writing these posts? I’m surprised this is the first time I’ve come across it.
