It looks like Conrad Burns’ friends and political allies continue to have legal and ethical problems. This time? Pat Davison, Burns’s state finance director, has been charged with securities fraud by the State Auditor’s office.
I’m just looking through the documents here and here, but it doesn’t look good. It’s funny how indicted and/or alleged lawbreakers seem to float around Burns, isn’t it?

There’s a whole lot of us who just aren’t buying the bullshit. *Yet Again*, Conrad Burns finds himself in the midst of corruption, and Montanans are none too happy. I’m not happy. Pogie … none too happy. Twice even. Matt is really not amused. Shane kicks the can and proves his cry of “UNFAIR!”, all justifiably. touchstone is irritated.
