It looks like Conrad Burns’ friends and political allies continue to have legal and ethical problems. This time? Pat Davison, Burns’s state finance director, has been charged with securities fraud by the State Auditor’s office.

I’m just looking through the documents here and here, but it doesn’t look good. It’s funny how indicted and/or alleged lawbreakers seem to float around Burns, isn’t it?
