is a dreadful thing.
Anyone have any home remedies guaranteed to work? Well, any remedies other than warm milk. That’s just disgusting.

Magnesium and Calcium…that works for me (plus you need it anyways).
I am a chronic insomniac. I haven’t found anything that works and I am not yet ready to try the ‘drink yourself into a stupor’ trick.
Melatonin capsules (3mg or less):
“Melatonin is a neurohormone produced in the brain by the pineal gland, from the amino acid tryptophan. The synthesis and release of melatonin are stimulated by darkness and suppressed by light, suggesting the involvement of melatonin in circadian rhythm and regulation of diverse body functions. Levels of melatonin in the blood are highest prior to bedtime.
Synthetic melatonin supplements have been used for a variety of medical conditions, most notably for disorders related to sleep.’

Two Benadryl. Works every time.
Two doses of Benadryl are killer, but they do get the job done, I guess.
You are an insomniac Don?
Nookie worked for me.
It is damned tough to get old, though…
I read; the more boring the text, the better.
If that doesn’t work, I give in, get up, and write. Which explains all the posts.
