What? Oh, just a speech by a Nobel Prize winner from Montana about global warming. We certainly can’t have high school students exposed to that communist menace.

This just keeps adding to all the data saying that school is political. People seem to like to pretend that school is about lofty things like “education” and “enrichment.” School is about souring your view of humanity sufficiently that you end up supporting the power structures of society; school is about authoritarian socialization.

I found your ideas to be to the point and right on. When I’ve got some time later I’ll write a more detailed comment with my own opinions on the subject, but for now..good job!
