If I were a Republican imagining a general election campaign pitting John McCain against Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, I don’t know what would be more disconcerting about his victory speech night–his intellectual plagiarism from the Bush Administration’s ideology or the incredibly awkward way he lifelessly reads a TelePrompTer.
It made me pine for the vivacious campaign of Bob Dole.
