What Can Heal a Heart Wounded by Defeat?

in '08 Election, Montana Politics

Sure, to borrow a line from Dennis Miller (pre right-wing looney, actually funny days), I made Walter Mondale (look him up, kids) look like William the Conqueror (yeah, him too)  tonight in my first electoral bid, but the Montana electorate seems to have made a choice that takes away all that pain. We’re bound to have the most entertaining race for the Senate of my lifetime, with the GOP making an inspired choice tonight, choosing a man who has run as a Democrat, a Green, and a Republican.

Bob Kelleher

Are Max Baucus and Dennis Rehberg feeling like the two most fortunate people in politics tonight, or what?

There isn’t a red Montana or a blue Montana. There is only Bob Kelleher’s Montana.
