Today Pollster moved Montana back into the “toss up” column. Sen. McCain’s lead in Montana has shrunk to less than 4 points, which is a major shift from the roughly 10 point lead McCAin help under a month ago.

I want to express my extreme appreciation to everyone who is out there volunteering their time and/or donating their money to the Obama/Biden ticket. This was incredibly encouraging news to wake up to this morning.

I think it is going to be close here. Maybe we haven’t moved far enough, but the polling numbers in the Governor’s race and the House race definitely show that Montana is ending its love affair with the Republican party.
