Helena Health Enhancement: The Lawsuit

I haven’t had much time to read over this document, but I think I have discovered three other forms of tyranny: spell checking, grammar, and sound legal reasoning.

Seriously, do yourself a favor and read something else right away after finishing this.

More thoughts later today.

Seriously..in court documents she said that she "prays" the court will see…really??OY!! Alright lady, go back to the stone age and we'll pray that your kids figure things out and aren't a burden on society when they end up knocked up and don't know how it happened.

No she did NOT name Ms. Chesterfield as a defendant!! I also noticed Mr. Chauncy on there…..two icons who have educated so many young people on the importance of exercise and nutrition. Now I'm REALLY pissed!!!!

We need to "pray" not only that her kids don't end up pregnant, but more likely that they don't end up perpetuating the health care crisis with their ongoing chronic conditions that are sure to arise (if they haven't already).

How do we shut her up? What are the odds of a countersuit—not sure of the grounds, but I think she need a little taste of her own medicine here….Tragic really that so much time and attention is wasted when it could be directed at something so much more positive and impactful for Montana.
